Honeymoon

So far we are not going to have a honeymoon right after the wedding. We decided to hold off because we don’t know where we will be at that time with school and work. I will be graduating in June and looking for a new job, and didn't want to have to take time off of work when I haven’t been their long. Steven won't be able to get much time off of work till a few months after the wedding when his vacation time kicks in. What we are going to do instead of planning a honeymoon now, we are planning our one year anniversary instead. Steven Aunt owns time shares and offered to let us use the one in Hawaii on our anniversary. So for now that is plan unless we decided last minute on something else!

Invitations

I’m going through design ideas right now and trying to pick out or create my own invitations. I'm having my neighbors mom makes them for me. She makes cards and invitations and sells them. She does all the Gallo weddings and parties so I know she will do an amazing job. Once we create one I will post it. For everyone who keeps asking we are going to send out invitations around July.

Little things that cause me to pull out my hair!

I still have a bunch of small details left to worry about with wedding. For the lunch part I still have to make some final decisions. I get till June 5th to decided, but I feel like it’s not enough time! Here are my decisions to worry about just with the lunch part of the wedding. I didn’t list them all, because it would take forever!! They sent me 7 pages of requested information.

-Tables- what types of tables do I want? Sweetheart, guest book, gift table, booster chairs, high chairs, cake and knife and server.

-Linen and napkins- colors? An color besides white or ivory will cost more. $1 more per napkins and $3 more on table cloths per table.

-I need to list what I am brining and how much. Describe my wedding favors in great details so they can be approved (that want to make sure that it wont hurt the park in anyway) Then I have to discuss where I would like to have them placed.

-The hardest part is the seating assignments. I really don’t want to do buffet, but if I do then I wont worry about seating assignment. If I don’t go buffet then I have to make place cards and put what the guest choose to eat for lunch.

-I need to list all the vendors’ names

-I need to describe in great detail how I will be decorating the room in great detail. I also need to let them know if I will be having someone set up the room for me or if they have to do it.

-I need to let them know what the meal choices are, the hors D’oeuvre that I choose and the dessert, and the number of vegetarians attending.

-How many children will be attending and if the need a special meal options for them.
Approximate the number of guest- adults, vendors, children 4-12, toddlers and infants (3 and under) then add it all up.
